I am so happy I bought my perifit as it’s a fun way to do something that would normally be a chore. I find I look forward to it and the time goes by fast playing the games each day. I love the reminder setting to ensure I don’t forget to do it. I already feel some improvement in a short time and am excited to keep getting stronger and unlocking more games as time goes on.

Jag har bara tränat i ca 2 veckor men det känns som att det ger effekt. Enkelt också, 5 dar i veckan ca 8 min per gång

als weiterführendes Training nach der Beckenboden-Physiotherapie ist es perfekt. es sind die gleichen Übungen wie in der Physiotherapie.
Schade nur, dass beim Kauf nirgends steht, dass man für eine Lieferung in die Schweiz noch zusätzlich Zoll zahlen muss.

After just six weeks of purchasing the Perifit Care+, I noticed a huge improvement in my leakage. I rarely have to use pads anymore, and I feel much more confident.
