Shipment model

Perifit has stock in different locations across the world. We ship orders from the closest fulfillment warehouse depending on the destination and product availability, no matter the sales channel.

We ship from the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, and France*.

*Some products available in pre-order only might not be available in all fulfilment warehouses. 

Shipment processing time

Pre-orders

Pre-order processing times vary depending on our stock levels. To get the updated processing time, please refer to the corresponding product page.

Live orders

All orders are processed within 1 business day, as soon as the payment is confirmed*.

If the order is placed before 12 PM, it will be shipped the same day. If it order is placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day.

We ship from Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends and national holidays.

Some carriers (UPS, B2C Europe, DHL Express) do not scan the packages at pick-up at our warehouse and the tracking page might not reflect the same-day processing event. Be reassured that the total transit time announced remains unchanged.

Payment with PayPal e-check will delay the order confirmation, to allow for the check to be cleared (7 business days). If you have selected PayPal e-check as your payment method and completed the payment process, your order has been placed but shipping will be delayed by 7 days, on top of the standard delivery times mentioned in the following section.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information of your order as soon as the carrier picks up the package from our fulfillment center, which can happen 1 to 2 business days after you placed the order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Perifit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, which are applied by local customs authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Perifit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have not received your order or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly (support@perifit.co) to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship Perifit and Perifit+ worldwide* and standard shipping is free.

We ship Simone in Europe only and standard shipping is free.

Returns Policy

Perifit and Perifit+ return policy

Perifit offers a 100 days return window to get a full refund of your order.*

Within that time frame, Perifit will provide a pre-paid return label so that you can return your product and get a full refund of your order as soon as the carrier attests the drop-off at its location.

Contact our support team with your order number at support@perifit.co to start the return process:

  1. Print the return packing slip and the pre-paid return label.
  2. Please make sure to include the packaging slip inside the box so that we can identify your order.
  3. Repackage your return product and put the return packing slip inside the box (please remove any previous labels or tape). 
  4. You have 7 days** to drop your return package at the closest carrier location.

** Due to the COVID situation, you may find it hard to respect that timing. Please note that many local carriers have arranged drop-off points to facilitate that process (red boxes in Australia, pick-up points from La Poste in France).

Simone return policy

Returns are not accepted for spare parts (Bottle, silicon pieces, flanges) once the packaging box has been opened.

Perifit offers a 14 days return window to get a full refund of your Simone Pump.*

Within that time frame, Perifit will provide a pre-paid return label so that you can return your product and get a full refund of your order as soon as the carrier attests the drop-off at its location.

Dear Team,
Delivery is horrible. Please change your transporteur. 2 times my package didn’t come to my address and went back to sender. I will have to ask the reimbursement of my order unfortunately and will buy the product from other place.
After-sale service is very good, Kelly is trying to help me. But the company which deliver the packages is incompetent. They didn’t call me, they didn’t leave the package in the closest post office, so I can go and pick up the package. Nothing has been done 2 times.
