Pour le moment, l’app et les exercices donnent envie de s’y mettre régulièrement. Tout est facile d’utilisation.
Excellent product. Easy to use and App very user friendly. Although only using a week, I already know it will be of great benefit. I would highly recommend.
Kegels are so much more fun to do, and after just 6 weeks of use, both my husband and I can feel a major difference :)
I was thinking this is just another gadget which will do me no good at all but my bladder prolapse felt as though it was getting worse, so I was desperate and bought the Perifit. I’ve been using it now for the past couple of months and my goodness it’s made a difference. My pelvic floor actually feels better. Even throughout the month it’s feeling better than it did. It took about a month of exercise to really feel the difference. Yes I’m very happy with this product.

Ich bin überrascht - die Übungen mit Perifit machen Spass und sind doch recht fordernd. Zusätzlich mache ich Übungen ohne gerät am Gymnastikball z.B. oder dmorgen werde ich die von Perifit mal probieren. ich denke, der Erfolg wird sich recht schnell einstellen. Dass einen die App daran erinnert, noch üben zu müssen ist wunderbar und zwingt einen, den "inneren Schweinehund" zu überwinden. Vielen Dank - war eine gute Idee Perifit Care+ zu kaufen...

Non posso ancora dire come mi trovo perche è solo una settimana che lo uso comunque è divertente usarlo e sicuramente rende gli esercizi molto più facili con i giochi da seguire ;)

I am very happy with the Perifit+. It is easy to use, and a good way of reminding me to do the exercises needed. I have found it useful in combatting my discomfort, i would say it has caused a significant improvement in my condition. I would recommend it.
The device works and the app gives me the perfect reminders to stay into the training. And I actually have the feeling this will work for me and make life more comfy. Only thing: the update doesn't work. My phone won't make the connection with the device, even though I follow the instructions. I keep trying, but it still won't connect to update.

I've used it Daily for two weeks now and I am totally blown away. I feel more in control with my pelvic floor. I don't need to rush to the toilet and I can sleep a whole night without going to the toilet.
I whish every woman should have one, it's acctually the best thing I've ever bought to myself. Today I can't live without it. ❤️
I know it's a dramatic title. But it is true for us. It didn't go smoothly from the start. I used the Medela hospital grade pump, rented and expensive, but soon realised as the baby was getting bigger, I cannot be attached to the wall. Moved to Medela hands free, but that still had tubes sticking and I could not carry my baby while pumping. We're blessed that we live in a world where now it is easy to get a wearable pump and have your life resemble normalcy :-)I didn't get the hand of Perifit at the beginning and the body needs to get used to switching between pumps. I sent them an email, unsure if I should just give it back in the 30-day trial. They immediately sent me other sizes of flange for free, and that helped immediately, but still not to the preferred amount,as I was at that time pumping exclusively and needed my supply to be stable. A woman from Perfit scheduled a Zoom call with me and helped me with advice and adjustments, we tried several things and over the next weeks, the pump delivered. After 2 months my supply was up to the amount I was able to quit pumping and my baby was back on the boob! But even more importanly, I went back to work after a year and used it to pump at work, during meetings, lunch,ai didn't need a separate room or to hide. There is a little sound that peo migh ask about in the first time if the room is silent but it is really not that noticeable. I became proud momma pumping at work,and not some ashamed employee hiding in a bathroom or rest room alone. I pumped at work for about 5 months. My son is now 2, I don't pump anymore, we breastfeed only to sleep and I am happy with my breastfeeding journey. Thanks Perifit, for being part of it.
As someone that doesn't like daily workouts this little thing really does motivate me to keep it up!
At first I was very skeptical and just trying it for the fun of it. But now, after almost a month of usage, I have actually improved! The games are fun and challenging enough. It's also great when you unlock new games and extra stuff, haha!
Overall I am very pleased with it and hope that in a year from now on I will be impressing not only myself but also others.

I have been using this now since 9th March. Some days good and some days bad. I feel sometimes that it isnt positioned properly so some adjustment is needed. The games are really good but having not been a fan of 'video games', a little practice run is needed. Might be an idea to introduce a 'practice session' into the app. Overall enjoying the experience and I feel I am doing something positive for myself.
